SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on orders $130 and over.
$11.99 flat rate on all orders under $130 within Australia.
As our parcels often travel by courier, we cannot accept PO Boxes as the delivery address.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne via Couriers Please or Australia Post (depending on your location and the size of your order) and signature will be obtained on delivery. If no-one is home, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivery times are estimated at between 1-8 business days depending on your location within Australia. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within these time frames, we will notify you within 2 business days.
We do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.
All orders must be paid for before despatch. Payments are made on placement of order by PayPal or directly to our bank. We will not accept any liability and/or pay compensation for lost deliveries. We will not accept any liability and/or pay compensation for failure to deliver an order due to circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. All orders are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that your product is deemed faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue for you. 4. Name of product to be returned
5. What is the reason for the return?
You can choose between a refund or exchange where a product is faulty. Returns for refund or exchange will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. We advise all customers when returning items to package the goods using the original packaging and to use a recorded or registered delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the post. We cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear during the journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please photograph the outer box and the damaged item/s and then contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
